Ingredients

  • 750 ml of water
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 6 cm of fresh ginger

Preparation

Boil the water and then pour it into a pitcher with the untreated lemon and the sliced ​​ginger. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes, strain, and serve the drink hot or cold.

Refreshing Drink Recipe With Cedar And Mint

Cedar, like ginger, is also a food rich in nutrients that are beneficial to health. It has germicidal, disinfectant, digestive, and anticancer properties; it is a natural antihypertensive and a real ally in case of cystitis.

Ingredients

  • 3 liters of water
  • 3 untreated cedars
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • A bunch of mints

Preparation

Boil the rind of the 3 untreated cedars in 3 liters of water and, after 10 minutes, add the chopped pulp and sugar and cook for 2 hours. Filter, add the bunch of mints, and let it cool. Store in the refrigerator.
